Join Us In Our Fight Against RA!!
Thank you for visiting our Arthritis Walk T-Org team page.
It is May and May is Arthritis Month, including Arthritis Walks around the country. Here in the Twin Cities the walk is on Saturday May 20th at 9 am. As you know Trisha was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis about 3 years ago. There is not a day that goes by that we are not impacted on some level by this disease. Unfortunately, this past summer my mom was also diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis so the impact of this disease has been even more significant recently.
Three years ago we created a fundraising support organization, T-Org, to help fight this disease. Since then we have raised over $17,000 and every year we participate and fundraise as part of the annual walk. We have over 200 members in T-Org.
How can you participate and/or support?
For the out-of-towners – you can make a donation on my personal page and/or participate in an Arthritis Walk where you live, check on-line at arthritis.org for more information.
For Twin Citians or anybody that is coming into town or wants to come into town – you can join us for the walk and/or contribute to our fundraising efforts on-line and if you really want to get involved you can also send a fundraising request as a member of the T-Org team (this can be done via this team website).
If you want to join our walk team or fundraise as a member of our T-Org team your are on the right page.
For those that sign up to walk I will be in touch to coordinate walk day specifics, meeting spot, timing, etc.
